The refurbishment of the Jonathan Swift Building at the University of Limerick required extensive design and planning in order to maintain the building’s usability during the project and with significant health and safety considerations for the passing public.

The existing felt roofing was stripped back to the metal deck. This was conducted in a stage-by-stage process in conjunction with the installation of a fully built up Sika Sarnafil single ply membrane system.
