Tesco in Letterkenny required a refurbishment of its existing roof and Select Roofing were contracted to design and execute a refurbishment plan which incorporated the fact that the building would be remaining “live” and fully-functional throughout the project.

A Paralon bituminous felt built-up system was installed as well as re-covering of the existing single-ply membrane. A Cable Safe fall arrest system was also installed in accordance with Health and Safety building regulations.
