The Deutsche Bank premises at East Point in Dublin’s financial district was refurbished following a roof condition survey and a pre-project plan designed to incorporate the various site-specific factors linked to the job including Health and Safety and public concerns due to the large amount of people in the area and the ongoing use of the building while the project was being implemented.

The roof was fully refurbished with a Sika Trocal single-ply membrane which was laid over the existing roof, ensuring greater durability and waterproofing.
